Kesiritoto Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Terms Malaysia

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kesiritoto" refers to the company that operates the online gaming platform under the trade name kesiritoto and all related services.
• "Platform" refers to the kesiritoto.com website, mobile app and all digital channels operated by kesiritoto.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using kesiritoto services.

• "Account" refers to an individual user account registered on the kesiritoto platform.
• "Funds" refers to any funds deposited into a kesiritoto account or winnings accumulated within the account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the kesiritoto platform regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, Android app, iOS app, or any other device.

To register and use kesiritoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kesiritoto conducts thorough age verification and any account found to be held by a minor will be terminated immediately.
• Register with true, accurate and up-to-date personal information — including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Not an employee of kesiritoto, an immediate family member of a kesiritoto employee, or any individual with a direct conflict of interest with the company.
• Not being subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming or betting activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the kesiritoto platform. Multiple account registrations by a single individual — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing true, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
• Updating your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Notifying kesiritoto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

All financial transactions on the kesiritoto platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction. Deposits can be made via DuitNow, FPX, Instant Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 1 to 24 business hours.
• Withdrawal may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's name. Fund transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Kesiritoto reserves the right to request additional verification including KYC checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

All bonuses and promotions offered by kesiritoto are subject to the specific conditions stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per individual, IP address, phone number, bank account and device — unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

• Bonuses have validity period specified. Bonuses not used within the stated period will expire automatically.

• The outcome of all games is final and non-disputable after the game concludes, unless a technical error can be demonstrated.
• In the event of technical error or malfunction while a game is in progress, kesiritoto reserves the right to void the relevant spin or bet and return the funds to the member's account.
• The use of any third-party software, automated bots, or unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable odds — any odds changes after bet confirmation do not affect existing bets.
• Kesiritoto reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving insider information or result manipulation.

As a kesiritoto member, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and agree not to:

• Registering or using the kesiritoto platform on behalf of another individual without written authorization.
• Using another person's name, email address, or personal information during registration.
• Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the kesiritoto platform.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users of the kesiritoto platform.
• Attempting to access platform sections that are not permitted for general users.
• Using a VPN connection or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Kesiritoto is committed to protecting the personal information of all members in line with best data protection practices. By using the kesiritoto platform, you agree to:

• Collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Use of cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and platform security.
• Retention of your financial transaction records for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Kesiritoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The account is used for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• There is a directive from a relevant authority or law enforcement body.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the kesiritoto customer support team. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned upon completion of the KYC verification process, provided there are no outstanding term violations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kesiritoto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond kesiritoto's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any investment or financial decisions made based on information obtained from the kesiritoto platform.

Kesiritoto's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Kesiritoto reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• A notification email sent to the member's registered email address.

Your continued use of the kesiritoto platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment comes into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the kesiritoto platform. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the kesiritoto platform shall be resolved through:

• Arbitration if direct negotiation does not reach a resolution within 30 days.
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
